Doctor Who Rare Entries Contests

The purpose of this game is as follows: for each of the questions, your objective is to give an answer that
(1) is correct, and
(2) will be duplicated by as FEW other people as possible.

All questions relate to the BBC TV series Doctor Who.

DWRE contests were originally available on Outpost Gallifrey and are now run on The Doctor Who Forum. DWRE1-9 were also available on Usenet (now Google Groups) in the rec.arts.drwho group.

Following quite a lot of wrangling over DWRE12 and another entrant's own rare entries contest, I ran some DWCE contests to see if people like this better, worse, or as an occasional change.
